Scheduling Policy
Out of respect for Janice's time and other patients on the waitlist, we ask that you give adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. You can reschedule easily through your Calendly confirmation email.
No charge. You are welcome to reschedule at any time. Use the link in your Calendly confirmation email to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, and missed appointments without notice, are subject to a $75 late cancellation fee.
If you are unwell or have a genuine emergency, please contact Janice directly at (626) 569-8679 or acupuncturejanice@gmail.com. Fees are waived at Janice's discretion in exceptional circumstances.

When an appointment is cancelled late or missed entirely, that time cannot be filled by another patient who may be waiting. This policy ensures that everyone who needs care can access it — and that Janice can continue to provide fully focused, personalized sessions.
